We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange only.

Example: IN THE EVENT YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE AND THE ITEM YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE FOR IS CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK, YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT OR YOU MAY EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM;
YOU MAY ALSO RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT UNTIL THAT ITEM IS RESTOCKED IN THE PARTICULAR SIZE/COLOR.
OUR STORE CREDIT DOES NOT EXPIRE.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to return for exchange or store credit ONLY.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and you will be liable for that item if lost or not received by our warehouse.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customs (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item if you believe it is a special case.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and request the new item within the communication with our team. If your item is no longer in stock our team will provide you with Store Credit or assist with finding something else on our site you are sure to love. ****IF THE EXCHANGE ITEM IS LESS THAN THE ORIGINAL ORDER THE REMAINING FUNDS WILL BE STORE CREDIT AS WE DO NOT PROCESS REFUNDS ON DIFFERENCES IN EXCHANGE ITEMS COST.*****

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Exchange Only. There are no cash refunds unless there is a specified error. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method via gift card in the same day minus the shipping paid on your item initially as those funds are paid to the shipping courier.

Lost/Stolen Items: We can not issue a refund or exchange for a lost or stolen item. To avoid this, please be sure that your address, email and phone number is accurate before making the purchase. You can also include Route tracking on your order as insurance for your package.
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE YOUR ORDER SHIPPED TO YOUR LOCAL FEDEX OR UPS STORE TO BE HELD FOR PICK UP IF YOU WANT TO AVOID LOST OR STOLEN DELIVERIES. WE REQUIRE SIGNATURE FOR ALL ORDERS.
